The Pollution Prevention and Control (Amendment) and Connected Provisions Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005

The Department of the Environment has made a Statutory Rule entitled The Pollution Prevention and Control (Amendment) and Connected Provisions Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005 which amends the Pollution Prevention and Control Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003 and the Industrial Pollution Control (Northern Ireland) Order 1997. These amendments and correctional or deregulatory in nature.
