The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Article 50(1) of the Diseases of Animals (Northern Ireland) Order 1981 and of every other power enabling it in that behalf, made on 25th May 2005–

The Rabies (Importation of Dogs, Cats and Other Mammals) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2005

This Order will come into operation on 20th June 2005
