Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 20th June, 2005 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 8th July, 2005 as person having parental responsibility on behalf of Petra Chantal Preston child, and a British Citizen abandoned the surname of Preston and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of STINTON.
