Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 51h September 2005 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 27 October 2005, Aaron Lewis, of 18 Rathdrum Park, Rathcoole, single, a Commonwealth citizen abandoned the surname of McNeilly and assumed the surname of Lewis.
