NOTICE OF CHANGE OF NAME BY DEED POLL

Take Notice that by Deed Poll executed on the 17th day of February 2006 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature in Northern Ireland on 22nd day of March 2006 that Vivienne Victoria Lant, on behalf of Shannon Lant of 23 Stump Road, Ballywalter, County Down, a Minor, absolutely and entirely renounced, relinquished and abandoned the use of her former surname of Harbinson and assumed, adopted and determined to take and use the surname of Lant in substitution for her former surname of Harbinson.
