CHANGE OF NAME BY DEED POLL

Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 17th May 2006 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on the similar date I, Solomon Scott O’Neill of 229 Whiterock Road, Dermott Hill, Belfast, County Antrim in the County of Antrim, a British Citizen, abandoned my surname of Bain and assumed the surname of O’Neill.
