Notice is hereby given that the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, in pursuance of the provisions of the above Act, has issued Philip McNamara trading as Venture Diving, 131 Millisle Road, Donaghadee, Co Down BT24 7LH with a Shellfish Fishery Licence for
the cultivation of scallops at a site situated in Copeland Sound.
