Notice is Hereby Given that by a Deed Poll dated 27th February, 2006 and enrolled in the Central Office of the High Court of Justice (Northern Ireland) on the 10th day of July, 2006 Cornelia Carina Kelly of 16b Main Street, Mountfield, Omagh, County Tyrone, single and a British Citizen, abandoned the surname of Colton and assumed thereof the surname of Kelly.
