The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 1 of the Seeds Act (Northern Ireland) 1965, and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, has made a Statutory Rule entitled The Seed Potatoes (Tuber Inspection Fees) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2006.

These Regulations were made on 4 August 2006 and will come into operation on 28 August 2006.
