Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 11th May 2006 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on the 1st August 2006 both William John Vandercruyssen married man and Brian William Vandercruyssen single, respectively Commonwealth citizens abandoned the surname of Vandercruyssen and assumed the surname of Kelly.
