CHANGE OF NAME OF A CHILD

Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 16th June 2006, and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 15th August 2006, as Kathryn Ruth McKinney person having parental responsibility, on behalf of Gary Roy McKinney a child, single and a Commonwealth citizen abandoned the surname of Fugard and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of McKinney.
