Notice is Hereby Given that by a Deed Poll dated 16th May 2006 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature in Northern Ireland on 23rd August 2006 Caroline Lee as the person having parental responsibility on behalf of Georgia Blue Lee a child and a British Citizen, abandoned the surname of Stanley and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Lee.
