The Employment Equality (Age) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2006

Notice is hereby given that the Office of the First Minister and Deputy First Minister, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972, made on 28 September 2006 a Statutory Rule entitled the Employment Equality (Age) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2006.

These Regulations postpone until 1st December 2006 the coming into operation of the obligations and exemptions in the Employment Equality (Age) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2006 relating to occupational pension schemes.
