Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated the 24th day of August 2006, and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on the 3rd day of October 2006, Clare Jean Connolly as person having parental responsibility, on behalf of Hannah-May Connolly a child, single and a British citizen abandoned the surname of Harvey and assumed in lieu thereof a surname of Connolly.
