The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 2, 3, and 4(1) of the Plant Health Act (Northern Ireland) 1967 has made a Statutory Rule entitled The Plant Health (Amendment No.2) Order (Northern Ireland) 2006.

These Regulations were made on 2nd November 2006 and will come into operation on 1st December 2006. Copies of the Statutory Rule, S.R. 2006 No. 435 are available from the Stationery Office Bookshop, 16 Arthur Street, Belfast BT1 4GD.
