Parking Places for Disabled Persons’ Vehicles

Notice is given that the Department for Regional Development made on 16th November 2006 an Order entitled The Parking Places (Disabled Persons’ Vehicles) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2006 (S.R. 2006 No.457) which will come into operation on 8th December 2006. The effect of the Order is to introduce parking places in Antrim, Belfast;

Cloughey, Comber, Coleraine. Donaghadee, Downpatrick, Dungannon Enniskillen, Hillsborough, Hilltown, Holywood, Kilkeel, Larne, Londonderry, Maghera, Newry, Newtownabbey, Newtownards, Omagh, Portaferry, Saintfield, Stewartstown, Strabane and Warrenpoint as specified in the Schedule and to remove parking places in Belfast, Newtownabbey, Strabane and Stewartstowt as specified in Article 2.

All parking places are for the use of disabled persons’ vehicles only.
