Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of Article 80 (2) of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 that FINAL MEETINGS of the members of the above named companies will be held at 11.00 am on 29 December 2006 at Mazars LLP, 24 Bevis Marks, London EC3A 7NR for the purpose of having an account laid before the meetings showing the manner in which the winding up of each company has been conducted and the property of the companies disposed of and of bearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator.

A member entitled to attend and vote at the above meetings may appoint a proxy or proxies to attend and vote instead of tin. A proxy need not be a member of the company. Proxies should be lodged at 24 Bevis Marks, London EC3A 7NR no later than 12.00 noon on 28 December 2006 the business day before the meeting.
