Notice is hereby given that the Department of Finance and Personnel in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Article 17 of, and paragraph 4(5) of Schedule 7 to, The Rates (Northern Ireland) Order 1977 has made an Order entitled The Rates (Industrial Hereditaments) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2007 [S.R. 2007 No. 1].
The Order was made on 8th January 2007.
