Statutory Notices by Personal Representatives
IN THE ESTATE OF THOMAS ELDER, LATE OF 81 MACFIN ROAD, BALLYMONEY, COUNTY ANTRIM
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 28 of the Trustee Act (Northern Ireland) 1958, that all creditors, beneficiaries and other persons having any claims against or interest in the estate of the Deceased, who died on 20th November 2005 are hereby required to send on or before 31st March 2007, particulars of such claims or interests to the undersigned Solicitors for the Personal Representative of the Deceased.
And notice is further hereby given that after three months from the date of this Notice the said Personal Representative will proceed to convey or distribute the property of the Deceased among the parties entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and demands of which particulars shall have been received within the said period of three months.
