Air Quality Management Revocation Order

Environment (Northern Ireland) Order 2002 Part III, Article 12(4)

Carrickfergus Borough Council, in exercise of the powers conferred upon it by Part III, Article 12 (4) of the Environment (Northern Ireland) Order 2002, hereby makes the following Revocation Order:-

1.	This Order may be cited as the Carrickfergus Borough Council Air Quality Management Revocation Order No 2 Greenisland.
2.	This Revocation Order for the Greenisland Air Quality Management Area shall come into effect on 6th February 2007.
3.	The boundary of the Greenisland Air Quality Management Area under revocation is displayed on the attached map and can be viewed by visiting the public display in the Civic Centre during the period from 23rd January to 2nd March 2007, by visiting the Council website at www.carrickfergus.org, or by contacting staff of the Environmental Services Department on Tel 93358000.
4.	The revoked air quality management area incorporates dwellings the following locations:
(i)	Greenisland AQMA

  Dwellings in Greenisland Estate/Station Road

A full list of incorporated street or parts thereof is contained in Appendix 1
