Notice is hereby given that by Deed Poll dated the 13th September 2006, and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on the 24th January 2007, Jacqueline Susan Hughes, of Parkanaur College, 57 Parkanaur Road, Dungannon, unemployed, single, a commonwealth citizen abandoned the surname of Cahoon and assumed the surname of Hughes.
