Take notice that by a Deed Poll executed on the 5th day Of February 2007 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature in Northern Ireland on the 12th day of February 2007 that Nicola Thorpe, married on behalf of Lara Alexandra Wallace Thorpe, c/o Stewarts Solicitors, 3 Regent Street, Newtownards, Co. Down, BT23 4AB a minor, absolutely and entirely renounced, relinquished and abandoned the use of her former surname of Wallace and assumed, adopted and determined to take and use the surname of Wallace Thorpe in substitution for her former surname of Wallace.
