Notice is hereby given that the Department of Health, Social Services and Public Safety, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972 has made Regulations entitled –

The Meat (Official Controls Charges) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2007

These Regulations come into operation on 25th March 2007. Copies of the Regulations will be available for purchase in due course from the Stationery Office Bookshop, 16 Arthur Street, Belfast BT1 4GD.
