PUBLIC NOTIFICATION OF AN APPLICATION MADE UNDER REGULATION 10

OF

THE POLLUTION PREVENTION AND CONTROL REGULATIONS (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2003

Notice is hereby given that Quarry Landfill Services has applied for an Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control permit for an inert waste landfill, under Schedule 1, Section 5.2 part A(b) of the regulations “The disposal of waste in any other landfill”.

The application contains a description of any foreseeable significant effects of emissions from the installation on the environment.

A register which contains particulars of this application may be inspected free of charge at Environment & Heritage Service, Land & Resource Management Unit, Klondyke Building, Cromac Avenue, Gasworks Business Park, Lower Ormeau Road, Belfast, BT7 2JA or Lisburn City Council, Island Civic Centre, The Island, Lisburn, Co, Antrim, BT27 4RL.

Any person may make representations in writing to Environment & Heritage Service at the above address within 42 days from the date of this public notice.

Any such objections or representations will be entered into a public register unless the person making them requests in writing that they should not be so placed. If there is such a request, the register will only include a statement that there has been a request.
