Notice is hereby given that the Department for Social Development in exercise of the powers conferred by Articles 103(1), (3) and (7)(b), 110(1)(b), 191(3) and (4) and 287(3) of the Pensions (Northern Ireland) Order 2005 has made Regulations entitled:

The Occupational Pension Schemes (Levies) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2007 (S.R. 2007 No. 210)
