Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated the 22nd December 2006 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 25th day of June 2007, Danielle Holmes of 10 Carrowcrin, Road, Armoy, Ballymoney, County Antrim, BT53 8YL, single, a Commonwealth Citizen abandoned the surname of Shields and assumed the surname of Holmes.
