Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated the 14th June 2007 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 18th June 2007, Martin Adrian Morgan of 24 Lothair Avenue, Belfast, single, a Commonwealth citizen abandoned the surname of Buckingham and assumed the surname of Morgan.
