Change of name by deed poll enrolled in central office

Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated the 19th July 2007 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 22nd August 2007, Shelagh Fitzpatrick as the person having parental responsibility on behalf of Aaron Thomas Gallagher, child, single and a Commonwealth citizen abandoned the surname of Fitzpatrick and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Gallagher.
