Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated the 5th day of July 2007 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on the 24th day of October 2007 Jasmine McNaney of 46 Springhill Road, Moneymore in the County of Londonderry as person having parental responsibility on behalf of Patrick Liam McNaney, a child, single and a Commonwealh citizen abandoned the surname of Sharkey and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of McNaney.
