NOTICE is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 13th August 2007, and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Justice in Northern Ireland on 3rd December 2007 Alan McCartney as a person having parental responsibility, on behalf of Christopher Alan Perry a child, single and a British citizen abandoned the name of Christopher Adam McCartney and assumed in lieu thereof the name of Christopher Alan Perry.
