NOTICE is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 10th January 2008 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 23rd January 2008 Christopher Johnston of the Northern Health & Social Care Trust, the person having parental responsibility on behalf of Paul Conway Scott abandoned the name of Paul James Brown Conway and assumed in lieu thereof the name of Paul Conway Scott.
