Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 5th February 2008 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on the 11th February 2008, Susanna Napier Clarke Adams of 27 Crystal Street, Belfast, BT5 5BS, single and a commonwealth citizen abandoned the surname of Napier Clarke Adams and assumed the surname of Susanna Patricia Helen Duffy Glassford.
