Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated the 31st day of August 2007, and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on the 15th day of November 2007, Rosemary Olive Catherine Rudden as person having parental responsibility, on behalf of Olivia Philomena Rudden a child, single and a British citizen abandoned the surname of Boyle and assumed in lieu thereof a surname of Rudden.
