The Plant Health (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2009

The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 2 and 3 of the Plant Health Act (Northern Ireland) 1967 has made a Statutory Rule entitled The Plant Health (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2009.

This Order was made 30th April 2009 and will come into operation on 1st June 2009. Copies of the Statutory Rule, S.R. 2009 No. 179 are available from the Stationery Office Bookshop, 16 Arthur Street, Belfast, BT1 4GD.
