NOTICE is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 22nd May 2009 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 26th May 2009 Patrick Anthony Courtney, single, a Commonwealth citizen abandoned the name of Patrick Anthony McDermott and assumed the name of Patrick Anthony Courtney.
