I, Desmond Lynchehaun of Lynchehaun & Associates Ltd, Suite 1, First Floor Benmore House, 343–353 Lisburn Road, Belfast, BT9 7EP, was appointed Liquidator of the above company at a meeting of creditors on 10 August 2009 which was convened under Article 84 of The Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989.

Creditors of the company are required, on or before 18 September 2009 to send their full names, addresses and particulars of their debts or claims to Desmond Lynchehaun of Lynchehaun & Associates Ltd, Suite 1, First Floor Benmore House, 343–353 Lisburn Road, Belfast, BT9 7EP, the Liquidator of the said company.

If required by notice in writing from the said Liquidator, creditors must come in and prove their said debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in the said notice or in default thereof may be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
