The Plant Health (Import Inspection Fees) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2009

The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972(1) and section 56(1), (2) and (5) of the Finance Act 1973(2), with the consent of the Department of Finance and Personnel(3) has made a Statutory Rule entitled The Plant Health (Import Inspection Fees) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2009.

These Regulations were made on 16 December 2009 and will come into operation on 1 February 2010. Copies of the Statutory Rule, S.R. 2009 No. 423 are available from the Stationery Office Bookshop, 16 Arthur Street, Belfast, BT1 4GD.
