The Plant Health (Wood and Bark) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2010

Notice is hereby given that the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development in exercise of the powers conferred on it by sections 2(1) and 3(1) of the Plant Health Act (Northern lreland) 1967 and paragraph 1A of Schedule 2 to the European Communities Act 1972, has made a Statutory Rule entitled The Plant Health (Wood and Bark) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2010 which will come into operation on 24 March 2010.
