NOTICE is hereby given that by a deed poll dated 24th February 2010 and enrolled in the High Court of Justice in Northern Ireland on 25th February 2010, Lee Paul Jagota of 38 Rossdowney Avenue, Waterside, Londondery, Single, a Commonwealth citizen abandoned the Christian Name of Charles and surname of Howard and assumed the surname of Jagota.
