Environment (Northern Ireland) Order 2002, Part III, Article 12(1)

Ballymena Borough Council Air Quality Management Area Order No. 3, Linenhall Street

1.	Notice is hereby given that Ballymena Borough Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Part III, Article 12(1) of the Environment (NI) Order 2002, on the 1st day of March 2010, made an order entitled Ballymena Borough Council Air Quality Management Area Order No. 3, Linenhall Street, declaring the street to be an Air Quality Management Area.
2.	The Area is designated in relation to a likely breach of the Nitrogen Dioxide annual mean objective as specified in the Air Quality Regulations (NI) 2003.
3.	The Order shall remain in force until it is varied or revoked by a subsequent Order.
4.	Copies of the Order and map may be inspected free of charge at the Council offices, Ballymena Borough Council, ‘Ardeevin’, 80 Galgorm Road, Ballymena, BT42 1AB until 30th April 2010.
