The Departmment for Regional Development has made a Statutory Rule entitled The Road Races (Gortin Hill Climb) Order (Northern Ireland) 2010 (SR 2010 No. 172) which comes in to operation on 28th May 2010.

The Road Races (Gortin Hill Climb) Order (Northern Ireland) 2010 (S.R. 2010 No. 172) which permits the Omagh Motor Club Limited as promoter of the Gortin Hill Climb 2010 to use for that event certain roads by suspending the right of way of other traffic at various times on 29th May 2010.
