Plant Health (Amendment No. 3) Order (NI) 2010

The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development (1), in exercise of the powers conferred on it by sections 2(2) 3(3) and 4(1)(4) of the Plant Health Act (Northern Ireland) 1967(5) has made a Statutory Rule entitled the Plant Health (Amendment No. 3) Order (NI) 2010.

This Order was made on 8 September 2010 and will come into operation on 8 September 2010. Copies of the Statutory Rule, (S.R. 2010 No. 307) are available from the Stationery Office Bookshop, 16 Arthur Street, Belfast, BT1 4GD.
