NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a meeting of the creditors of the above named company will be held under the provisions of Article 58 of The Insolvency (NI) Order 1989, at McCambridge Duffy LLP, 35 Templemore Business Park, Northland Road, Derry, BT48 0LD, on Monday 14 February 2011 at 10 a.m. that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named Company will be held at McCambridge Duffy LLP, for the purposes mentioned in the said provisions.

Creditors whose claims are wholly secured are not entitled to attend or to be represented at the Meeting. Creditors who intend to vote at the meeting should note that written statements of claim must be lodged with the Administrative Receiver by noon on the day before the Meeting at the above address. Creditors can also write to our address for a copy of the report to be sent to them free of charge. Proxies for use at the Meeting must be lodged with the Administrative Receiver.
