Notice is now given that by a deed poll dated 25 November 2011 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 9 December 2011

1 Bonnie Kit Ying Cheng of 55 Longstone Street, Lisburn, County Antrim BT28 1DD renounced and abandoned the name of Kit Ying Cheng and in place thereof assumed and intends to use on all occasions the name of Bonnie Kit Ying Cheng.

2 Bonnie Kit Ying Cheng is single.

3 Bonnie Kit Ying Cheng is a British Overseas citizen under the British Nationality Act 1981 Section 27.
