THE PLANT HEALTH (AMENDMENT) ORDER (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2012

The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development has made a Statutory Rule entitled “The Plant Health (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland)”, (S.R. 2012 No. 133), which comes into operation on 26th April 2012.

This Rule amends the Plant Health Order (Northern Ireland) 2006 by removing certain townlands previously scheduled as safety zones to protect against potato wart disease. There are now no townlands listed for potato wart disease.
