NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Article 79 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989, that an Annual General Meeting of the Members of the above named Company will be held at the offices of Smith & Williamson Freaney Limited, Paramount Court, Corrig Road, Sandyford Business Park, Dublin 18 on the 14 May 2012 at 11.30 am, for the purposes of having an account laid before the meeting and to receive the Liquidator’s report, showing how the winding up of the company has been conducted in the period from the 1st of October 2010 to the 30th of September 2011 and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. Any member entitled to attend and vote at the above mentioned meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him, and such proxy need not also be a member.
