NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that it is my intention to declare a second and final dividend to unsecured creditors of the above named company and to distribute the dividend no later than 12 February 2013, being four months from the expiry of the last date for proving. Creditors who have not yet done so are required on or before 12 October 2012 (the last date for proving) to provide a Proof of Debt with supporting documentation to Paul Rooney of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Waterfront Plaza, 8 Laganbank Road, Belfast BT1 3LR. Any creditor who has not proved his debt by the last date for proving specified above will be excluded from the dividend.
