THE PLANT HEALTH (AMENDMENT NO. 3) ORDER (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2012

The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development has made a Statutory Rule entitled “The Plant Health (Amendment No.3) Order (Northern Ireland)”, (S.R. 2012 No. 392), which came into operation on 26 October 2012.

This Order makes amendments to the Plant Health Order (Northern Ireland) 2006 to introduce emergency measures to prevent the introduction and spread of Chalara Fraxinea T.Kowalski, including its teleomorph Hymenoscyphus psuedoalbidus, a cause of ash dieback.
