AIR QUALITY MANAGEMENT AREA REVOCATION ORDER

ENVIRONMENT (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 2002 PART III, ARTICLE 12 (4)(B)

Notice is hereby given that

1.  Newtownabbey Borough Council in exercise of the powers conferred upon it by Part III, Article 12 (4)(b) of the Environment (NI) Order 2002, on the 17th December 2012 made an order entitled the Newtownabbey Borough Council Air Quality Management Area No.4 Sandyknowes Revocation Order 2012.

2.  The order came into effect on 18th December 2012 and revokes the Newtownabbey Borough Council Air Quality Management Area No.4 Sandyknowes Order which was made by the Council on 28th January 2008.

3.  The “Air Quality Management Area No.4 Sandyknowes” which incorporates the streets or parts thereof contained in the schedule below is revoked in its entirety.

4.  Copies of the Order and a map of the area may be viewed free of charge at the council Offices, Mossley Mill, Newtownabbey at all reasonable times during the period from 4th January to 15th February 2013 or by visiting the Council website at www.newtownabbey.gov.uk.
