THE DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT

The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 2(1) and (2), 3(1), 3B(1) and 4(1) of the Plant Health Act (Northern Ireland) 1967, has made a Statutory Rule entitled the Plant Health (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2013 .

The Order was made on 16 January 2013 and will come into operation on 16 January 2013.
